No-shows and Broken Appointments
We schedule our appointments so that each patient receives the right amount of time to be seen by our physicians and staff. That’s why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us and arrive on time. As a courtesy, and to help patients remember their scheduled appointments, our office sends automated phone and email reminders 7 days and 1 day in advance of the appointment time. If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance so that we may reschedule you, and accommodate those patients who are waiting for an appointment.
No-shows and appointment cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a $50 no-show fee. This fee is billed directly to the patient and must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments.
Established patients are subject to dismissal from the practice after three (3) no-show appointments. New patients that fail to keep their appointment will not be rescheduled.
